How much does shipping cost?
We charge $9.95 for shipping on all domestic orders. Orders over $75 do not incur a delivery fee.
For international delivery, shipping costs are calculated based on the products and the delivery country. Therefore, international shipping will be determined on an order by order basis. Please email us at thehealthycorner@gmail.com to arrange or inquire about international shipping fees.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48 hours unless there are extenuating circumstances where this time may be slightly longer.
Depending on your location, delivery will take between 3-5 business days from date of dispatch within Australia and 7-10 business days internationally.
During Promotion and Sale periods and holiday periods, there may be slight delays in receiving your order due to increased volumes.
Express Shipping
If you would like Express Shipping, we can help arrange this for an additional fee. Please email us at thehealthycorner@gmail.com to organise Express Shipping and enquire about costs. Depending on your location, delivery with Express Shipping can take between 1-2 business days.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with all the tracking details. Majority of our online orders are dispatched using xxxxxxxx and you can track the parcel on their website www.xxxxxxxx.com.au
International Shipping.
Due to customs and shipping requirements not all products can be shipped internationally. Products classified as Dangerous Goods are at risk of being rejected by certain countries. Aerosols, for example, cannot go via Air internationally. Please email us at thehealthycorner@gmail.com to enquire if the product you’d like can be shipped internationally or not before purchasing.
Will I have to pay Customs & Duty fees?
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not collected beforehand and are typically due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Charges vary in each country.
You are responsible for ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. We do not take any responsibility for these additional charges that may apply. Please refer to the government department for your country.
